These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the Forget Task mobile application (“the app”), developed by Sergei Kolesnikov (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the App Store terms.
The core function of the app is automatic, permanent deletion of tasks after the retention period you choose (1, 3, 7, 14 or 30 days; 30 by default). By using the app you acknowledge and accept that:
Reminders rely on local notifications and require your permission and correct device settings (for example, notifications enabled, the device powered on at the scheduled time). We do not guarantee delivery of any notification, and you should not rely on the app for time-critical or safety-critical alerts.
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to reverse engineer it except where the law permits, and not to misrepresent your relationship with us.
The app, its design, icons and name remain our property or the property of our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data (including tasks deleted by the app working as designed), loss of profits or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app (the app is free, so this may be zero) or the minimum amount required by law.
We may update, change or discontinue the app or these Terms at any time. The current Terms are always available at this address. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence where such law applies; otherwise, by the law of the developer’s country of residence.

Настоящие Условия применяются к мобильному приложению Forget Task («приложение») разработчика Сергея Колесникова. Устанавливая или используя приложение, вы соглашаетесь с Условиями. При установке из App Store также действует стандартное лицензионное соглашение Apple (EULA).
Вы получаете личную, неисключительную, непередаваемую, отзывную лицензию на использование приложения на устройствах Apple в личных некоммерческих целях.

В максимально допустимой законом степени мы не несём ответственности за косвенные убытки и потерю данных (включая задачи, удалённые приложением в штатном режиме). Императивные нормы закона о защите прав потребителей вашей страны сохраняют силу.
Мы можем обновлять приложение и настоящие Условия; актуальная версия всегда доступна по этому адресу.
